INVISALIGN MODERATE – PACKAGE COST

The highly sophisticated Invisalign orthodontic treatment creates a series of transparent plastic aligners that can move teeth of different complexity and conditions into an aesthetically pleasing aligned position by combining 3D scanning, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence technologies. By straightening teeth, Invisalign aligners—also known as clear braces—improve tooth function and make maintaining good oral health much simpler.

Short-term orthodontic systems, like the Invisalign clear aligner system and other comparable clear brace technologies like SureSmileR, move teeth quickly while maintaining a high level of predictability and safety. Both general dentists and orthodontists with specialised training can provide these systems.

Our team of skilled and accomplished Diamond Invisalign Providers at Dental Clinic Chelsea is pleased to offer this orthodontic treatment to patients in London and surrounding areas. Furthermore, we take great pride in offering our patients SureSmileR orthodontic treatment.

INVISALIGN/ CLEAR BRACES- HOW DO THEY WORK?

Initially, a patient’s records are obtained, which include an X-ray, some photos, and a 3D scan of their teeth. With the help of orthodontic sciences and cutting-edge artificial intelligence computer technology, which has amassed knowledge from millions of Invisalign users, InvisalignⓇ creates 3D computer graphics called Clincheck VideoR. The patient can see what results to anticipate at the end of treatment by watching this animation video, which shows how the teeth move.

Using 3D printing technology and these graphics, several precisely fitting aligners are produced. As seen in the Clincheck VideoR, wearing each set of aligners causes the teeth to move into the intended position by a predetermined amount, readying them for the subsequent set. The number of aligners required to achieve the desired outcome increases with the amount of tooth movement required and the complexity of the treatment.

INVISALIGN MODERATE- WHAT IS IT?

The most recent sophisticated, accurate, and user-friendly aligner system for adult patients offered by Invisalign technology is called Invisalign Moderate.

The number of aligners needed to finish an Invisalign treatment course depends on the severity of the misaligned teeth and the type of tooth movement that is required. The lengthier the Invisalign treatment takes to complete and, consequently, the higher the patient costs, the more aligners that are required. Currently, InvisalignTM divides its services into the following groups:

Invisalign Moderate Dental Clinic Chelsea
  • There can be a maximum of seven sets of top and bottom aligners with Invisalign Express, or i7.
  • There can be up to 14 sets of top and bottom aligners with Invisalign Lite.
  • The most recent Invisalign treatment classification, called Invisalign Moderate, has a maximum of 20 sets of top and bottom aligners.
  • Complete or Comprehensive Invisalign, when more than twenty sets of upper and lower aligners are required.

In the past, an Invisalign case would have been classified as Invisalign Comprehensive and would have cost the patient significantly more than the Lite option if it required 15 aligners to produce the best results (i.e., 1 aligner more than 14 in the Lite option). Compared to the Invisalign Comprehensive option, we can now treat patients for less money with Invisalign Moderate, which includes up to 20 aligners.

INVISALIGN- COST OF TREATMENT IN THE UK

The price of Invisalign treatment varies between dental offices, just like the price of any other dental procedure. The complexity of the case, the number of aligners required to complete a course of treatment, the number of visits, and the amount of time it takes to achieve a satisfactory result all have an impact on the cost of Invisalign treatment.

Before an Invisalign course is finished, numerous dental appointments are required. We have introduced fixed fee special offer packages for some of our Invisalign treatments for the convenience of our central London Invisalign patients at Dental Clinic Chelsea.

OPTION ONE- PAY AS YOU GO

Following the start of the Invisalign process, the patient is required to pay the following fees:

Option One Invisalign Moderate Chelsea London
  • The £400 down payment for the Invisalign Clinc Heck video setup is due.
  • When the patient authorises the video and requests that the aligners be made, the second payment of £799 is due.
  • Third installments of £350 will be paid every four to eight weeks until the full cost of the Invisalign procedure is paid for.

The price of the third installment will change based on the Invisalign package:

  • The Invisalign Lite package is available in four payments totaling £350.
  • The £350 Invisalign Moderate package offer is payable in six installments.
  • The seven £350 installments plus one additional £50 installment make up the Invisalign Comprehensive package offer.

OPTION TWO- 0% INTEREST AND 18 MONTHS LOAN

Patients may request a financing loan for all or part of the cost of their Invisalign treatment, interest-free for up to 18 months.

Option two Invisalign Moderate Chelsea London

While the clinic assists with the application process, it does not participate in or have any say over the funding approval procedure.

After reviewing the applicant’s credit history, the bank determines whether to approve the loan. As soon as the application is accepted, the patient starts paying the bank each month.

For illustration, the subsequent sum denotes the average monthly expense for an 18-month application:

  • £144 per month for the Invisalign Lite package.
  • £183 per month for the Invisalign Moderate package.
  • £205 per month for the Invisalign Comprehensive package.

OPTION THREE- PAY FULL IN ADVANCE, GET 5% OFF!

In the event that patients pay the entire treatment cost up front, they will receive a 5% discount.

PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Outstanding patient care and support. First and foremost is always patient care.
  • Free in-office consultation for an appropriate Invisalign treatment (valued at £49).
  • Supplying an invoiced treatment plan in writing.

  • Free three sets of detachable ViveraR retainers from Invisalign (valued at £475).
  • Free £250 worth of home whitening supplies.
  • For greater clarity, include a list of items that are excluded from the package offer.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INVISALIGN PACKAGED?

  • The price of any necessary dental care or cleaning appointments. Prior to beginning any orthodontic treatment, the patient must be in good dental health and have healthy gum tissue. We highly advise visiting your dentist for a dental examination if it has been six months since your last appointment before beginning Invisalign treatment. Of course, if you would like, we can perform a dental examination for you. The cost of the examination, x-rays, and hygiene visits is listed on the fee page.
  • Midway through a treatment course, if the aligners become unfit for ANY reason, a new Clincheck VideoR and new aligners will need to be made. The process known as “mid-course correction” carries a fixed fee of £500 and is not covered by the special offer packages. Based on our observations, the most frequent cause of mid-course correction is a patient’s noncompliance with the prescribed aligner wear schedule.
  • Should an additional set of aligners be required to achieve better results at the conclusion of an Invisalign treatment, a new Clincheck Video and new aligners will need to be manufactured. Essentially, the Invisalign procedure needs to be started over from scratch, and the fixed cost of £500 for this procedure is separate from the offers of special packages. It’s known as having refinement or additional aligners. This serves as a small insurance policy that allows our patient to receive a second course of treatment at a significantly lower cost of £500 if optimal results are not obtained during the first course of treatment, all without having to pay the full fee.
  • If any of the aligners are misplaced or broken, a £150 replacement cost will be charged for each set.
  • If the patient wants to further lower the chance of teeth moving again, the dentist can recommend top and bottom fixed retainers for £350 in addition to Vivera retainers. In order to lessen the chance that teeth will move again, orthodontic chains or wires are bonded to the backs of the top and bottom 4-6 teeth.

CLEAR ALIGNING BRACES VS RETAINER BRACE

Clear Aligning VS Retainer Braces Chelsea, London

Despite their similar appearance due to their clear plastic construction, clear retainer braces and clear aligner braces are very different from one another on a fundamental level. In contrast to clear aligners, which move teeth within the jaw bone to alter their position, retainers only work to keep teeth in place. In contrast to a clear aligner brace, a clear retainer brace is a static appliance.

One illustration of this is the distinction between Invisalign Aligners and Invisalign Vivera RetainersR. Both are constructed of clear plastics that are similar to each other, but Invisalign aligners are used to move teeth during a course of treatment by swapping them out for new ones until the last one is used.

Conversely, Vivera Retainers are designed to hold teeth in place after an orthodontic treatment, such as Invisalign, is completed. This is done to lessen the chance that teeth will move.

Essix retainers are another type of clear plastic retainer; they are removable, just like Vivera RetainersR, and should only be worn at night.

An alternative type of retainer is fixed retainers, which are glued to the back of the top and bottom front teeth and come in the shape of wire or orthodontic chains. They are affixed to the teeth and, as their name suggests, are not removable. They have the benefit of being permanent, but they also have the drawback of typically only covering the front four to six teeth, leaving the remaining teeth unretained. The fact that fixed retainers promote plaque retention is another drawback.

  • When there is not enough room in the jaw to fit all of the teeth in their proper positions, it is known as crowding. This is caused by differences in the size of a person’s teeth about their jaw size, which causes teeth to push out of the arch lines or overlap each other.
  • In essence, spaces between teeth are the opposite of teeth that are crowded. Once more, there is a mismatch between the size of the jaw and the teeth, with the teeth not being large enough. Paradoxically, teeth with lots of spaces between them can still be perfectly aligned in this scenario.
  • When the upper front teeth cover and overlap the lower front teeth excessively, this condition is referred to as an overbite. The lower front teeth may not be visible at all in certain situations, or in more extreme situations, the upper front teeth may pierce the lower jaw’s gums and cause trauma and gum damage.
  • The term underbite refers to the situation in which the upper front teeth are misaligned and fall behind the lower front teeth when a person closes their mouth and bites. This condition is known as Class III malocclusion in dentistry, and the Invisalign aligner system can treat mild cases of it.
  • When one or more upper jaw teeth are positioned on the incorrect side of the lower teeth, this condition is known as a cross bite. It may be connected to a few front teeth individually or to the entire arch of the back teeth when they are in a cross bite. Aligner systems can treat mild to moderate cases of cross bite.
  • When a person closes their mouth and tries to bite, they will have an open bite, which is characterised by a gap of varying degrees between the top and bottom front teeth. It is a typical aftereffect of childhood thumb sucking. The aligner systems can improve it or correct it.

ADVANTAGES OF ALIGERNS IN COMPARISON TO METAL BRACES:

  • Maybe fewer appointments are required. There’s no need to visit the clinic to get new aligners and replace the old ones.
  • Aligners that are tailored and simpler to adjust to. a lot more tolerable than braces made of metal or ceramic.
  • Less painful and more comfortable than metal braces. according to patients who have used both systems.
  • The procedure is discrete. They are the least noticeable type of orthodontic treatment from an aesthetic standpoint.
  • Orthodontic braces may require longer treatment times. With the precise targeted correction that aligners enable, only the teeth that you wish to move can be moved. When compared to traditional braces, where tooth movements are accomplished through the use of wires, this results in an efficient movement of each tooth and may shorten the total treatment time.
  • Aligners can be taken out. This has a few benefits over traditional braces that are cemented to the teeth:

Teeth that are easier to clean, as traditional braces can be very challenging to maintain.

They are taken out so that they can be eaten. This facilitates food chewing and allows you to stick to your regular nutritious diet without consuming different foods. When drinking water alone, the aligners don’t need to be taken off.

Can be temporarily removed when a scheduled significant meeting is approaching.

ALTERNATIVES TO ALIGNERS?

If the patient wants to lower the chance of teeth moving again, the dentist can recommend top and bottom fixed retainers for £350 in addition to Vivera retainers. In order to lessen the chance that teeth will move again, orthodontic chains or wires are bonded to the backs of the top and bottom 4-6 teeth.

Invisalign Moderate Treatment Cost in The UK

InvisalignTM now asserts that its aligners can treat any orthodontic case previously treated with traditional braces and wires. Since Invisalign was initially intended for use only by orthodontists, SureSmileR—another short-term orthodontic system that uses clear aligners—has the same claim and, in many ways, may even be more capable and effective than Invisalign aligners in terms of teeth straightening. This makes it one of the most advanced clear aligner technologies available.

In actuality, however, we have found that short-term orthodontic treatments like InvisalignTM are ideal and function more quickly than orthodontic braces and wires with predictable results in cases where teeth can be straightened by tilting and moving the crown of the teeth back and forth. Conversely, in situations where there is a need for significant movement of the teeth within the jawbone, or where there is a need for significant tooth extrusion for alignment, traditional metal or ceramic braces and wires can be more effective, faster, and more predictable in terms of the course of treatment.

In cases where significant movement of the teeth is required, braces not only expedite the course of treatment but also come with a lower cost compared to aligner systems because they require less time to complete with greater predictability.
